Matthew 4:23 ¶  Jesus was going throughout all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and every kind of sickness among the people.

24  The news about Him spread throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all who were ill, those suffering with various diseases and pains, demoniacs, epileptics, paralytics; and He healed them.

25  Large CROWDS followed Him from Galilee and the Decapolis and Jerusalem and Judea and from beyond the Jordan.

Mt 5:1  When Jesus saw the CROWDS, He went up on the mountain; and after He sat down, His disciples came to Him.

Mt 7:28  When Jesus had finished these words, the CROWDS were amazed at His teaching;

Mt 8:1  When Jesus came down from the mountain, large CROWDS followed Him.

Mt 9:8  But when the CROWDS saw this, they were awestruck, and glorified God, who had given such authority to men.

Mt 9:33  After the demon was cast out, the mute man spoke; and the CROWDS were amazed, and were saying, "Nothing like this has ever been seen in Israel."

Mt 11:7  As these men were going away, Jesus began to speak to the CROWDS about John, "What did you go out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken by the wind?

Mt 12:23  All the CROWDS were amazed, and were saying, "This man cannot be the Son of David, can he?"

Mt 12:46  While He was still speaking to the CROWDS, behold, His mother and brothers were standing outside, seeking to speak to Him.

Mt 13:2  And large CROWDS gathered to Him, so He got into a boat and sat down, and the whole crowd was standing on the beach.

Mt 13:34  All these things Jesus spoke to the CROWDS in parables, and He did not speak to them without a parable.

Mt 13:36  Then He left the CROWDS and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him and said, "Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field."

Mt 14:15  When it was evening, the disciples came to Him and said, "This place is desolate and the hour is already late; so send the CROWDS away, that they may go into the villages and buy food for themselves."

Mt 14:19  Ordering the people to sit down on the grass, He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up toward heaven, He blessed the food, and breaking the loaves He gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the CROWDS,

20  and they all ate and were satisfied. They picked up what was left over of the broken pieces, twelve full baskets.

21  There were about five thousand men who ate, besides women and children.

Mt 14:22  Immediately He made the disciples get into the boat and go ahead of Him to the other side, while He sent the CROWDS away.

Mt 14:23  After He had sent the CROWDS away, He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray; and when it was evening, He was there alone.

Mt 15:30  And large CROWDS came to Him, bringing with them those who were lame, crippled, blind, mute, and many others, and they laid them down at His feet; and He healed them.

Mt 15:39  And sending away the CROWDS, Jesus got into the boat and came to the region of Magadan.

Mt 19:2  and large CROWDS followed Him, and He healed them there.

Mt 21:9  The CROWDS going ahead of Him, and those who followed, were shouting, "Hosanna to the Son of David; BLESSED IS HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD; Hosanna in the highest!"

Mt 21:11  And the CROWDS were saying, "This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth in Galilee."

Mt 22:33  When the CROWDS heard this, they were astonished at His teaching.

Mt 23:1  Then Jesus spoke to the CROWDS and to His disciples,

John 6:24 So when the CROWD saw that Jesus was not there, nor His disciples, they themselves got into the small boats, and came to Capernaum seeking Jesus.

v51  "I am the living bread that came down out of heaven; if anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread also which I will give for the life of the world is My flesh."

v53  So Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in yourselves.

v54  "He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.

v55  "For My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink.

66  As a result of this many of His disciples withdrew and were not walking with Him anymore.

Mt 26:55  At that time Jesus said to the CROWDS, "Have you come out with swords and clubs to arrest Me as you would against a robber? Every day I used to sit in the temple teaching and you did not seize Me.

Do you follow Jesus?  Or, are you just following Him around as part of the CROWD?

CROWD

Mt 8:18  Now when Jesus saw a crowd around Him, He gave orders to depart to the other side of the sea.

Mt 9:23  When Jesus came into the official’s house, and saw the flute-players and the crowd in noisy disorder,

Mt 9:25  But when the crowd had been sent out, He entered and took her by the hand, and the girl got up.

Mt 13:2  And large crowds gathered to Him, so He got into a boat and sat down, and the whole crowd was standing on

the beach.

Mt 15:10  After Jesus called the crowd to Him, He said to them, "Hear and understand.

Mt 15:31  So the crowd marveled as they saw the mute speaking, the crippled restored, and the lame walking, and the

blind seeing; and they glorified the God of Israel.

Mt 15:33  The disciples *said to Him, "Where would we get so many loaves in this desolate place to satisfy such a large crowd?"

Mt 17:14  When they came to the crowd, a man came up to Jesus, falling on his knees before Him and saying,

Mt 20:29  As they were leaving Jericho, a large crowd followed Him.

Mt 20:31  The crowd sternly told them to be quiet, but they cried out all the more, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!"

Mt 21:8  Most of the crowd spread their coats in the road, and others were cutting branches from the trees and spreading them in the road.

Mt 26:47  While He was still speaking, behold, Judas, one of the twelve, came up accompanied by a large crowd with swords and clubs, who came from the chief priests and elders of the people.

Mt 27:24  When Pilate saw that he was accomplishing nothing, but rather that a riot was starting, he took water and washed his hands in front of the crowd, saying, "I am innocent of this Man’s blood; see to that yourselves."

Mr 2:4  Being unable to get to Him because of the crowd, they removed the roof above Him; and when they had dug an opening, they let down the pallet on which the paralytic was lying.

Mr 3:9  And He told His disciples that a boat should stand ready for Him because of the crowd, so that they would not crowd Him;

Mr 3:20  And He *came home, and the crowd *gathered again, to such an extent that they could not even eat a meal.

Mr 3:32  A crowd was sitting around Him, and they *said to Him, "Behold, Your mother and Your brothers are outside looking for You."

Mr 4:1  He began to teach again by the sea. And such a very large crowd gathered to Him that He got into a boat in the sea and sat down; and the whole crowd was by the sea on the land.

Mr 4:36  Leaving the crowd, they *took Him along with them in the boat, just as He was; and other boats were with Him.

Mr 5:21  When Jesus had crossed over again in the boat to the other side, a large crowd gathered around Him; and so He stayed by the seashore.

Mr 5:24  And He went off with him; and a large crowd was following Him and pressing in on Him.

Mr 5:27  after hearing about Jesus, she came up in the crowd behind Him and touched His cloak.

Mr 5:30  Immediately Jesus, perceiving in Himself that the power proceeding from Him had gone forth, turned around in the crowd and said, "Who touched My garments?"

Mr 5:31  And His disciples said to Him, "You see the crowd pressing in on You, and You say, ‘Who touched Me?’"

Mr 6:34  When Jesus went ashore, He saw a large crowd, and He felt compassion for them because they were like sheep without a shepherd; and He began to teach them many things.

Mr 6:45  Immediately Jesus made His disciples get into the boat and go ahead of Him to the other side to Bethsaida, while He Himself was sending the crowd away.

Mr 7:14  After He called the crowd to Him again, He began saying to them, "Listen to Me, all of you, and understand:

Mr 7:17  When he had left the crowd and entered the house, His disciples questioned Him about the parable.

Mr 7:33  Jesus took him aside from the crowd, by himself, and put His fingers into his ears, and after spitting, He touched his tongue with the saliva;

Mr 8:1  In those days, when there was again a large crowd and they had nothing to eat, Jesus called His disciples and *said to them,

Mr 8:34  And He summoned the crowd with His disciples, and said to them, "If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me.

Mr 9:14  When they came back to the disciples, they saw a large crowd around them, and some scribes arguing with them.

Mr 9:15  Immediately, when the entire crowd saw Him, they were amazed and began running up to greet Him.

Mr 9:17  And one of the crowd answered Him, "Teacher, I brought You my son, possessed with a spirit which makes him mute;

Mr 9:25  When Jesus saw that a crowd was rapidly gathering, He rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it, "You deaf and mute spirit, I command you, come out of him and do not enter him again."

Mr 10:46  Then they *came to Jericho. And as He was leaving Jericho with His disciples and a large crowd, a blind beggar named Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, was sitting by the road.

Mr 11:18  The chief priests and the scribes heard this, and began seeking how to destroy Him; for they were afraid of Him, for the whole crowd was astonished at His teaching.

Mr 12:37  "David himself calls Him ‘Lord’; so in what sense is He his son?" And the large crowd enjoyed listening to Him.

Mr 14:43  Immediately while He was still speaking, Judas, one of the twelve, *came up accompanied by a crowd with swords and clubs, who were from the chief priests and the scribes and the elders.

Mr 15:8  The crowd went up and began asking him to do as he had been accustomed to do for them.

Mr 15:11  But the chief priests stirred up the crowd to ask him to release Barabbas for them instead.

Mr 15:15  Wishing to satisfy the crowd, Pilate released Barabbas for them, and after having Jesus scourged, he handed

Him over to be crucified.

Lu 5:1  Now it happened that while the crowd was pressing around Him and listening to the word of God, He was standing by the lake of Gennesaret;

Lu 5:19  But not finding any way to bring him in because of the crowd, they went up on the roof and let him down through the tiles with his stretcher, into the middle of the crowd, in front of Jesus.

Lu 5:29  And Levi gave a big reception for Him in his house; and there was a great crowd of tax collectors and other people who were reclining at the table with them.

Lu 6:17  Jesus came down with them and stood on a level place; and there was a large crowd of His disciples, and a great throng of people from all Judea and Jerusalem and the coastal region of Tyre and Sidon,

Lu 7:9  Now when Jesus heard this, He marveled at him, and turned and said to the crowd that was following Him, "I say to you, not even in Israel have I found such great faith."

Lu 7:11  Soon afterwards He went to a city called Nain; and His disciples were going along with Him, accompanied by a large crowd.

Lu 7:12  Now as He approached the gate of the city, a dead man was being carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow; and a sizeable crowd from the city was with her.

Lu 8:4  When a large crowd was coming together, and those from the various cities were journeying to Him, He spoke by way of a parable:

Lu 8:19  And His mother and brothers came to Him, and they were unable to get to Him because of the crowd.

Lu 9:12  Now the day was ending, and the twelve came and said to Him, "Send the crowd away, that they may go into the surrounding villages and countryside and find lodging and get something to eat; for here we are in a desolate

place."

Lu 9:37  On the next day, when they came down from the mountain, a large crowd met Him.

Lu 9:38  And a man from the crowd shouted, saying, "Teacher, I beg You to look at my son, for he is my only boy,

Lu 11:27  While Jesus was saying these things, one of the women in the crowd raised her voice and said to Him, "Blessed is the womb that bore You and the breasts at which You nursed."

Lu 12:13  Someone in the crowd said to Him, "Teacher, tell my brother to divide the family inheritance with me."

Lu 13:14  But the synagogue official, indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, began saying to the crowd in response, "There are six days in which work should be done; so come during them and get healed, and not on the Sabbath day."

Lu 13:17  As He said this, all His opponents were being humiliated; and the entire crowd was rejoicing over all the glorious things being done by Him.

Lu 18:36  Now hearing a crowd going by, he began to inquire what this was.

Lu 19:3  Zaccheus was trying to see who Jesus was, and was unable because of the crowd, for he was small in stature.

Lu 19:37  As soon as He was approaching, near the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of the disciples began to praise God joyfully with a loud voice for all the miracles which they had seen,

Lu 19:39  Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Him, "Teacher, rebuke Your disciples."

Lu 22:6  So he consented, and began seeking a good opportunity to betray Him to them apart from the crowd.

Lu 22:47  While He was still speaking, behold, a crowd came, and the one called Judas, one of the twelve, was preceding

them; and he approached Jesus to kiss Him.

Lu 23:27  And following Him was a large crowd of the people, and of women who were mourning and lamenting Him.

Joh 5:13  But the man who was healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had slipped away while there was a crowd in that place.

Joh 6:2  A large crowd followed Him, because they saw the signs which He was performing on those who were sick.

Joh 6:5  Therefore Jesus, lifting up His eyes and seeing that a large crowd was coming to Him, *said to Philip, "Where are we to buy bread, so that these may eat?"

Joh 6:22  The next day the crowd that stood on the other side of the sea saw that there was no other small boat there, except one, and that Jesus had not entered with His disciples into the boat, but that His disciples had gone away alone.

Joh 6:24  So when the crowd saw that Jesus was not there, nor His disciples, they themselves got into the small boats, and came to Capernaum seeking Jesus.

Joh 7:20  The crowd answered, "You have a demon! Who seeks to kill You?"

Joh 7:31  But many of the crowd believed in Him; and they were saying, "When the Christ comes, He will not perform more signs than those which this man has, will He?"

Joh 7:32  The Pharisees heard the crowd muttering these things about Him, and the chief priests and the Pharisees sent officers to seize Him.

Joh 7:43  So a division occurred in the crowd because of Him.

Joh 7:49  "But this crowd which does not know the Law is accursed."

Joh 12:9  The large crowd of the Jews then learned that He was there; and they came, not for Jesus’ sake only, but that

they might also see Lazarus, whom He raised from the dead.

Joh 12:12  On the next day the large crowd who had come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,

Joh 12:29  So the crowd of people who stood by and heard it were saying that it had thundered; others were saying, "An angel has spoken to Him."

Joh 12:34  The crowd then answered Him, "We have heard out of the Law that the Christ is to remain forever; and how can You say, ‘The Son of Man must be lifted up’? Who is this Son of Man?"

Ac 2:6  And when this sound occurred, the crowd came together, and were bewildered because each one of them was hearing them speak in his own language.

Ac 14:14  But when the apostles Barnabas and Paul heard of it, they tore their robes and rushed out into the crowd, crying out

Ac 19:35  After quieting the crowd, the town clerk *said, "Men of Ephesus, what man is there after all who does not know that the city of the Ephesians is guardian of the temple of the great Artemis and of the image which fell down from heaven?

Ac 21:27  When the seven days were almost over, the Jews from Asia, upon seeing him in the temple, began to stir up all the crowd and laid hands on him,

Ac 21:34  But among the crowd some were shouting one thing and some another, and when he could not find out the facts because of the uproar, he ordered him to be brought into the barracks.

Ac 24:18  in which they found me occupied in the temple, having been purified, without any crowd or uproar. But there were some Jews from Asia —

Mt 27:20  But the chief priests and the elders persuaded the crowds to ask for Barabbas and to put Jesus to death.

Mr 10:1  Getting up, He *went from there to the region of Judea and beyond the Jordan; crowds *gathered around Him again, and, according to His custom, He once more began to teach them.

Lu 3:7  So he began saying to the crowds who were going out to be baptized by him, "You brood of vipers, who warned you to flee from the wrath to come?

Lu 3:10  And the crowds were questioning him, saying, "Then what shall we do?"

Lu 4:42  When day came, Jesus left and went to a secluded place; and the crowds were searching for Him, and came to Him and tried to keep Him from going away from them.

Lu 11:14  And He was casting out a demon, and it was mute; when the demon had gone out, the mute man spoke; and the crowds were amazed.

Lu 11:29  As the crowds were increasing, He began to say, "This generation is a wicked generation; it seeks for a sign, and yet no sign will be given to it but the sign of Jonah.

Lu 12:54  And He was also saying to the crowds, "When you see a cloud rising in the west, immediately you say, ‘A shower is coming,’ and so it turns out.

Lu 14:25  Now large crowds were going along with Him; and He turned and said to them,
